Thank you for your continued interest in Georgia Tech. The check application system is intended for you to verify your personal information and view receipt of your documents and test scores (for freshmen). Please read the information below, then click on the "check" icon above to link to the Check Application login page.
Once an admission decision is made a letter will be mailed to you. Admission decisions will be sent via mail ONLY. No decisions can be accessed online or over the telephone. Georgia Tech does NOT have an early decision policy. Our common notification time frame for freshmen applicants is mid-to-late March. Transfer decisions are made on a rolling basis. We appreciate your patience!

TEST SCORES
For freshmen applicants only:
If no test score information is listed, please contact the testing agency (www.collegeboard.org or www.act.org) to have scores sent electronically. Scores will only be accepted from the testing agency.
APPLICATION STATUS
Below is an explanation for the status of your application
| In Process | Your application has been received but a decision has not been made on your file. Currently the file is being reviewed and other information may be required (ex. - test scores, completed application). |
| Application Complete | All initially required documents have been received and your file is ready for review. At this time, a decision has not been made on your application. A counselor will contact you if further information is needed. |
DIRECTIONS TO VERIFY INFORMATION
After clicking on the Check Application icon, you will reach the login screen where you will be required to enter the following personal information:
- Your date of birth
- Your Georgia Tech ID number
This number is on the letter you received from the Office of Undergraduate Admission to verify receipt of your application for admission.

Only required if you have an address with a zip code. If your address does not have a zip code (such as an international address) leave this field blank.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Scheduled down time:
The system will be down for file backups on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights from midnight to approximately 4 AM eastern standard time. If you try to access the system during these times, you will receive an error message.
